Nasa and SpaceX join hands to open an International space hotel and 2027 Will See the Opening of the First Space Hotel. The price is 55 million dollars per bed. Yes! you read it correctly. Hi, welcome to maya! you are reading the galaxy rocketing topic of earth, International Space Hotel.
After 60 years, the Space Age is steadily moving into its commercial phase, enabling an increasing number of private individuals to purchase travel past Earth’s atmosphere. In just the past few months, the billionaires’ Jeff Bezos and Richard Branson have paid to cross or arrive at the edge of the Kármán line, Kármán line is the boundary between our atmosphere and outer space. The day of fully-fledged leisure flights to space appears to be near, even for a multi-day trip, in addition to a booming clientele of Bezos and Branson magnitude.
since we successfully landed on the moon. Humans always wanted to travel to space and experience the outside of the earth’s atmosphere. Soon that dream is set to become reality. The hotel will begin construction in 2026 and could be open for businesses in late 2027.
The design concept of a space hotel
The idea of a space hotel is a large space structure that is around 240 meters long. The energy supply, a guest room module, a common space, and a platform make up the four sections. The space hotel would float in low-earth orbit and enable those without any real training to experience space travel. Orbital Assembly Corporation, A new space hotel is now being built by a construction company. When complete, the hotel will offer an otherworldly vacation to travelers. Orbital Assembly Corporation constructs, develops, and manages gravity-capable space platforms in orbit, in cislunar space, and throughout the solar system; enabling society to work, play, and thrive in the space ecosystem.
Automation and telerobotics will be used to robotically build the Voyager Station in orbit preliminary to spin-up. It is anticipated that the docking hub at the center, where the Operation and Control Center (OCC), will be situated, will serve as a standalone zero gravity station. The first OCC will be in place from the beginning which will allow the crew members to live on the station to operate the pods and drones.
The Voyager space station will be made in a circle design. Voyager Station will be in a sun-synchronous orbit at an elevation of 97 degrees and a distance of 500–550 kilometers from the surface of the Earth.
This means the space hotel will be synchronized to always be in the same ‘fixed’ position relative to the Sun, helping reduce thermal stress and allowing for almost continuous solar power generation.
To make it hospitable for humans there will be artificial gravity to live the same as on earth. Can also change the level of gravity by altering the rate of rotation.
Affordability
Only a 3.5-day-long trip will cost 5 million. Hence only billionaires can think of going to space. Sounds big amount but it is quite cheaper than space X’s 55 million flight to the space station.
And there will not be luxury facilities like a restaurant, bar, concert hall, comfortable rooms, gym, and cinema Hall, like voyager. voyager planned to provide the same facilities as a 5-star hotel
My final notes:
We are in the new era of the Space race. Maybe 15 years from now it is possible for non – millionaires to travel to the moon, mars, or any hospitable planet for humans in space. but before that, we need enough research and technology to accomplish them.
